Salina Loriaux, LPC-AT/S, ATR-BC, CCST-T
Salina is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Supervisor in Texas, a Board-Certified Art Therapist, a Certified Clinical Sandtray Therapist-Trainer, a certified Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI) practitioner, a firewalk instructor, and a Reiki Master. She is also a professor of art therapy at the University of the Incarnate Word. Her work centers on mindfulness, trauma healing, and the treatment of depression, anxiety, and grief, with a particular focus on supporting military personnel. As a military veteran and spouse, Salina brings a deeply personal and grounded perspective to her practice. She integrates art therapy, sandtray, energy work, and nature-based practices to support transformation, self-awareness, and connection. Drawing from her identity as an artist and nature enthusiast, she creates spaces that invite reflection, embodiment, and meaningful change. She is an active member of the American Art Therapy Association, the South Texas Art Therapy Association, and the Texas Sandtray Association.
